At the InterFood International Food Exhibition in Astana, our company showcased one-stop general contracting services for cleanrooms in food factories, covering the entire process including solution design, construction & installation, final acceptance and after-sales operation & maintenance. We also displayed a full line of food-grade clean doors. As a genuine manufacturer integrating production and engineering construction, we demonstrated solid comprehensive strength, attracting numerous local food factory managers, general contractors and purchasers to stop for business discussions.
We presented four core types of clean doors, fully meeting the passage requirements of all areas in food production workshops:
Automatic Sliding Clean Door: Equipped with sensor access, it delivers outstanding airtight and dustproof performance, ideal for high-standard clean areas such as aseptic food workshops and dairy production zones.
Impact-resistant Single & Double Clean Doors: Featuring strong impact resistance and easy cleaning, these doors comply with food hygiene standards and suit high-traffic pedestrian passages.
High-speed Roller Door & Loading Bay Door: Fast opening and closing minimizes air convection to maintain indoor cleanliness, perfectly applied to logistics connection areas.
Emergency Exit Clean Door: It satisfies both airtight cleanliness requirements and local fire safety codes, fully conforming to acceptance standards for food workshops in Kazakhstan.
During the exhibition, our team held in-depth one-on-one communications with over a hundred local clients in the food sector to learn about local construction criteria, cleanroom acceptance specifications and construction difficulties for food factories. Considering the unique climate of Central Asia, we optimized workshop enclosure structures, door & window sealing techniques as well as ventilation and purification systems, and developed localized customized solutions to address major problems including poor product adaptability and difficult on-site construction.
Many clients mentioned that the Central Asian purification market lacks direct manufacturers. Markups by middlemen, delayed technical communication and inadequate after-sales support have long been common industry issues. Our integrated model of independent R&D, in-house production and engineering construction ensures competitive pricing with direct factory supply. We also provide complete documents in multiple languages, remote technical support and on-site construction assistance overseas, fully eliminating clients’ concerns about procurement and cooperation.
Building on the fruitful cooperation intentions from the exhibition, we are now officially recruiting exclusive regional distributors and long-term project partners across Central Asia, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. We offer comprehensive support including factory-direct pricing, complete qualification drawings in foreign languages, free solution design, dedicated one-on-one technical guidance and a sound after-sales system, empowering partners to undertake local food cleanroom projects effortlessly.
Our participation in InterFood has enabled us to gain an accurate understanding of the real demands of Central Asia’s food purification market and establish solid cooperation links. Going forward, we will further deepen our presence in Central Asia, continuously upgrade product craftsmanship and localized engineering solutions. With premium products, cost-effective quotations and full-process one-stop services, we help overseas food enterprises build standardized clean production facilities and work together with global partners to achieve win-win development.
