Independent antechambers shall be centrally installed as air locks for all purification operation rooms, and the air locks shall connect to each operation room simultaneously to prevent air infiltration from low-cleanliness areas to high-cleanliness areas.
The personnel flow in the workshop follows this strict path: Changing Room (change clothes and shoes) → Hand-washing Room → Buffer Room → Air Shower → Individual Operation Rooms.
For the material flow in food/clean workshops: Materials enter the buffer corridor after being sterilized via mechanical interlocked self-sterilizing pass-through boxes from the external corridor, and then are transferred to each operation room through dedicated pass-through boxes. HEPA and medium-efficiency air purification equipment shall be selected in accordance with the actual requirements of the clean workshop.
1. Walls and suspended ceilings of the clean workshop must be constructed with dust-free, non-dusting and smooth-surfaced materials, and no dead corners shall exist in the workshop.
2. The floor shall be paved with solvent-based epoxy resin with the following properties: compressive strength of C20 or above, dense surface without sanding, hollowing or cracking, bright color, permanent anti-static performance, light to medium load bearing capacity and high temperature resistance.
1. Ceiling-mounted purification lamps shall be adopted in clean areas, while ordinary fluorescent lamps are suitable for non-clean areas.
2. The food industry has explicit regulations on the flow paths of personnel and materials—cross-flow is strictly prohibited. Dedicated material transfer ports or doors shall be set for material flow, and exclusive passageways shall be designated for personnel movement.
3. Cleanliness classes shall be scientifically divided in accordance with production processes, hygiene and quality requirements, and all construction and operation standards must comply with the specifications corresponding to the designated cleanliness class.
For liquid processing workshops, special attention shall be paid to stain residue in installed aluminum profiles caused by washing operations—such residues may lead to moldy odor in summer, and thus targeted anti-mold and cleaning treatments must be implemented for aluminum profiles.
Non-contact hand washing faucets (sensor, foot-operated or elbow-operated) shall be installed in all hand-washing areas. A work boot disinfection tank shall be set at the entrance of the production workshop when necessary.
