1. Air Shower

The air shower is an essential purification device for personnel entering clean rooms and dust-free workshops. Featuring high versatility, it can be matched with all types of clean rooms and clean workshops. All staff must pass through the air shower before entering the workshop: powerful, filtered clean air is sprayed onto the human body from all directions via rotatable nozzles, which effectively and quickly removes dust, hair, dander and other contaminants attached to clothing. It minimizes contamination caused by personnel entering and exiting clean rooms.

Equipped with electronically interlocked double doors, the air shower also functions as an air lock, preventing external contaminants and unpurified air from entering clean areas. It completely blocks staff from bringing hair, dust and bacteria into the workshop, meeting the strict dust-free purification standards of the working environment and enabling the production of high-quality products.

2. Pass-Through Box

Pass-through boxes are divided into standard pass-through boxes and air shower pass-through boxes. The standard type is mainly used for transferring items between clean and non-clean areas to reduce the number of door openings, making it an optimal purification device for effectively minimizing cross-contamination between the two areas. All pass-through boxes are fitted with interlocked double doors (only one door can be opened at a time; the other door remains locked when one is open).

Classified by cabinet material, pass-through boxes include: stainless steel pass-through boxes, pass-through boxes with steel exterior and stainless steel interior, etc. Optional accessories include an 8W germicidal lamp and an intercom system.

3. Air Shower Pass-Through Box

The air shower pass-through box is an auxiliary equipment for clean rooms, designed to reduce a large number of dust particles brought in by cargo entry and exit. Filtered clean air via a HEPA filter is sprayed onto cargo from all directions through rotatable nozzles, effectively and rapidly removing dust particles. The removed dust particles are then filtered by primary and HEPA filters and recirculated back into the air shower area. For optimal blowing effect, the air velocity at the nozzle outlet can reach over 20m/s.

Classification of Air Shower Pass-Through Boxes

1. Classified by structure: Standard air shower pass-through boxes, floor-mounted air shower pass-through boxes;

2. Classified by cabinet material: Stainless steel air shower pass-through boxes, air shower pass-through boxes with steel exterior and stainless steel interior (all inner linings are made of brushed stainless steel);

3. Classified by interlock type: Electronically interlocked air shower pass-through boxes, mechanically interlocked air shower pass-through boxes.

4. FFU (Fan Filter Unit)

The Fan Filter Unit (FFU) features modular connection and assembly, and is equipped with two-stage filtration (primary and HEPA filters).

Working Principle: The fan draws air into the FFU from the top, which is then filtered by the primary and HEPA filters. The purified clean air is uniformly supplied from the air outlet surface at an average velocity of 0.45m/s.

FFUs adopt a lightweight structural design, compatible with Grid systems of all manufacturers, and their structural dimensions can be customized according to different Grid systems. An internal diffuser plate ensures uniform air pressure diffusion and a stable average air velocity at the air outlet. The metal air duct inner lining is non-aging, eliminating secondary contamination, with a smooth surface, low air resistance and excellent sound insulation. A special air inlet duct design reduces pressure loss and noise generation. The high-efficiency motor features low system current consumption, saving energy costs. The single-phase motor provides 3-speed regulation, allowing air velocity and volume to be adjusted according to actual working conditions.

FFUs can be used individually or connected in series to form Class 100 production lines as required by customers. Optional control methods include electronic board speed regulation, gear speed regulation and centralized computer control. FFUs boast the characteristics of energy saving, stable operation, low noise and digital adjustment.

Widely applied in electronics, optics, national defense, laboratories, hospitals and other fields with air cleanliness requirements, FFUs can also be assembled with support frames and anti-static vertical curtains to form static Class 100 to 300,000 clean work booths of various sizes. They are ideal for constructing small-area clean zones, saving the capital and time required for building a full clean room.

FFU Technical Parameters

1. Cleanliness level: Static Class 100;

2. Air velocity: 0.3/0.35/0.4/0.45/0.5m/s; Noise level ≤46dB; Power supply: 220V, 50Hz;

3. Equipped with a sealed HEPA filter with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%, ensuring the specified cleanliness level;

4. The whole unit is made of high-quality aluminized zinc plate;

5. Stepless speed regulation design with stable performance, maintaining constant air volume even when the HEPA filter reaches its final resistance;

6. Adopts a high-efficiency centrifugal fan with long service life, low noise, maintenance-free operation and low vibration;

7. Ideal for assembling ultra-clean production lines, can be used individually or in multiple units to form a Class 100 assembly line according to process requirements.

5. Laminar Flow Hood

The laminar flow hood mainly consists of a cabinet, a fan, a HEPA filter, a primary filter, a perforated plate and a controller, with an outer casing of either powder-coated cold-rolled steel or stainless steel.

Air is forced through the HEPA filter at a fixed velocity by the fan, forming a uniform flow layer and making the clean air present a vertical unidirectional flow, thus ensuring the high cleanliness level required by the process in the working area. As an air purification unit that provides a local clean environment, it can be flexibly installed above process points with high cleanliness requirements. Laminar flow hoods can be used individually or combined in multiple units to form a strip-shaped clean area. They can be either suspended or floor-supported, featuring a compact structure and easy operation.

Laminar Flow Hood Technical Parameters

1. Cleanliness level: Static Class 100; Dust particles with a particle size ≥0.5μm in the working area ≤3.5 particles/L (FS209E Class 100);

2. Average air velocity: 0.3-0.5m/s; Noise level ≤64dB; Power supply: 220V, 50Hz;

3. Equipped with a sealed HEPA filter with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%, ensuring the specified cleanliness level;

4. The whole unit is made of high-quality painted cold-rolled steel, aluminum plate or stainless steel;

5. Control method: Stepless speed regulation or electronic board speed regulation with stable performance, maintaining constant air volume even when the HEPA filter reaches its final resistance;

6. Clean Bench

Clean benches are divided into two types: vertical laminar flow clean benches and horizontal laminar flow clean benches. As one of the preferred purification devices for improving process conditions and ensuring air cleanliness, they are widely used in local production areas with high cleanliness requirements, such as laboratories, biopharmaceuticals, hospitals, LED optoelectronics, circuit boards, microelectronics, hard disk manufacturing, food processing and other fields.

Features of Clean Benches

1. Equipped with an ultra-thin sealed HEPA filter, achieving Static Class 100 cleanliness level;

2. Medical clean benches are fitted with high-efficiency centrifugal fans with long service life, low noise, maintenance-free operation and low vibration;

3. Ultra-clean benches adopt an adjustable air supply system, with optional knob-type stepless air velocity regulation and LED control switches;

4. Equipped with a large-airflow primary filter for easy disassembly, which better protects the HEPA filter and ensures air cleanliness;

5. Static Class 100 clean benches can be used individually or in multiple units to form a Class 100 ultra-clean production line according to process requirements;

6. An optional differential pressure gauge is available to clearly indicate the pressure difference on both sides of the HEPA filter, reminding staff to replace the filter in a timely manner;

7. Available in a variety of specifications, and can be customized according to production needs.

7. HEPA Air Supply Outlet

The HEPA air supply outlet consists of four components: a plenum box, a diffuser plate, a HEPA filter and a flange. There are two types of connections to air ducts: side connection and top connection. The cabinet surface is made of cold-rolled steel with multi-stage pickling and electrostatic powder coating. The air outlet delivers a well-distributed airflow to ensure purification efficiency.

As a terminal air filtration device for renovating and constructing Class 1,000 to 300,000 clean rooms, it is a key equipment to meet purification requirements.
